TENTATIVE: Annual Meeting (In-person, JACL Hall)
JACL Arizona Bylaws: 2.4 – Annual Meeting. The annual meeting of members of the corporation shall be held on the first Wednesday of November of each year; provided, however, that if such date falls on a holiday or is determined by the president of the corporation to not be an appropriate date on which to meet, the annual meeting shall be held on such date of such year as the president of the corporation shall set. At such meeting, the members shall elect those directors in the class of directors whose terms have expired to serve on the board of directors for the three-year period following such annual meeting or until their successors are elected. No notice of an annual meeting of members shall be required to be provided to the members, except when the president sets the date of such a meeting, as provided herein, in which case, notice shall be provided in the same manner as required for a special meeting of members.
